This is the Awesome Hummus Recipe that I Debuted at the San Diego Bay Wine and Food Festival. It was a Huge Hit. Everyone Loved It, Even the people that do not traditionally enjoy Hummus!

Tahini Hummus w/Fresh P♡M Arils

Ingredients:
- 1½# Cooked chickpeas
(soak overnight, drain and boil until tender, cooking times will vary)
- 6 fl oz Extra virgin olive oil
- ¾ c Lemon Juice
- ½ c Lime Juice
- 4 clvs Garlic, Salt crushed
- 1~ c Tahini
- a/n Kosher Salt
- 1 ¾ c P♡M Pomegranate Arils
- a/n Parsley, Mint
- a/n Pita Chips
- Boil and drain Chickpeas until tender, 1-2 hr, Reserve cooking liquid
- In a food processor, blend Chickpeas with ~1c of cooking liquid until smooth
- Add Lemon juice, EVOO, Garlic, Tahini and Salt.
- Adjust seasoning.
- Add Lime Juice, Mint, and Cilantro
- Fold in 1c Fresh P♡M Pomegranate Arils. Save rest for garnish.
- Serve with home made Pita Chips
